Data democratisation: how everyone can benefit from accessible data that paves the way for improved marketing outcomes

Data democratisation is ubiquitous and perhaps without having actively noticed it, you are benefitting from it every day, in both your professional and personal life. Data democratisation influences the way we can access and interact with technology. Whereas in the past you had to go to a library to find the answer to a question, this is now done in seconds through a Google search. This is just one simple example of how data democratisation affects our life, and it also greatly affects the way we collaborate and get work done. Put simply, data democratisation gives everyone in an organisation the tools they need to understand data and gain insights from it. This changes the way we do marketing – data democratisation removes dependencies and the need for manual, repetitive tasks and thus, makes the marketing process more efficient and improves outcomes.

In James' session, you will learn:

  • What ‘data democratisation’ means
  • How different roles and your business can benefit from data democratisation
  • How data democratisation supports marketers to perform the end-to-end campaign process
  • How data democratisation makes the marketing process more efficient and improves outcomes
